After last year's novelties Velvet Mimosa Bloom and Velvet Exotic Leather,Dolce&Gabbana added a new "yellow" edition to their collection that draws our attention. Velvet Ginestra takes us to the Mediterranean coast and promisses an intoxicating blend of sweet and flowery aromas, surrounded by a honeyed and musky cloud. The composition is inspired by the wild beauty of the Mediterranean broom flower that grows on the rocky coast, its numerous yellow flowers sharing their pleasant sweetness that  reminds us of the sweet and honey-like odor of honeysuckle flowers.

The beloved Mediterranean style and flavours are celebrated with linden blossoms, bright and sunny citruses, violets, genet absolut and yellow broom flowers. An intense accord of  beeswax absolute is giving richness and density to the lush flowery and sunny bouquet. The balsamic note of benzoin is combined with the smooth and musky Velvione molecule to extend the fragrance’s energetic signature. Ginestra Velvet radiates warmth and aromas of the sunny Italian coast as an authentical expression of the Dolce & Gabbana Velvet Collection.

The fragrance Velvet Ginestra is available in bottles of the same shape as the previous editions within the Velvet Collection by Dolce&Gabbana, this time filled with a yellow liquid and topped with a yellow-golden cap. The fragrance is available as a 50ml EDP for 165 pounds and 150 ml EDP for 300 pounds at Harrods.
