The fashion house of Lanvin are releasing a new perfume for women called Jeanne Lanvin Scandal, a scent whose name is inspired by one of the classics of the maison from the 1930s, Scandal (1931)...

Now discontinued, the original reflected the taste for feminine leather chypre perfumes of the times. Today, Jeanne Lanvin Scandal is said to be a fruity-floral.

It is also, as far as perfume series go, a flanker to the youthful Jeanne issued in 2008.

The woman the brand envision wearing it best is rebellious and loves innovation. She cultivates the art of the scandal for the emotional shock and surprise it can provoke in people.

Apart from that recurrent standard manifesto of fine perfumery, we are told the jus is "deliciously sweet".
