Puredistance White

PUREDISTANCE launches a new fragrance White which will be presented exclusively at fragrance exhibition ESXENCE in late March 2015 in Milan. Fragrance White is announced as ‘a dream in white and gold’. The wish of the founder Jan Ewoud Vos and the whole Puredistance team was to create a perfume that would be so beautiful and positive as to provide an instantaneous feeling of happiness that flows and to seize all your senses.

Perfumer Antoine Lie who also created fragrance Black for Puredistance signs the new composition White and creates a golden dream, an intimate escape from harsh reality. As contrast to perfume Puredistance Black to which Antoine Lie provided a warm and tart composition to linger on the skin as a fragrant whisper, the new Whitespreads positive vibrations and cuddles the senses. I really liked fragrance Black because on my skin in the beginning it develops elegant notes of rose, which is not prominent but skilfully enveloped and warm with tart spices (saffron, black pepper), incense and intense notes of dark leather, while being supported by a wonderful, sexy, oriental blend of my favorite Puredistance M. The fragrance is very peppery, dry and smooth, created of powdery notes (not make-up powder but talc aroma), extremely leathery, but slightly colder and more metallic than fragrance M. Juiciness which is not dominant originates from fruity accords of alcoholic beverage and leaves the effect of ‘expensiveness and fineness’. AS the fragrance develops, roses and intense spicy tartness disappear from my skin; leaving only sexy skin as key note tucked into soft powder (I like that part the most!)Puredistance Black fits perfectly into the collection by creating balance between elegant and light fragrances of the collection, such as Antonia and Opardu, towards the dark, masculine, ultra seductive fragrance M. Puredistance have not introduced fragrant notes of Black so far, while we are presenting the composition of White on this occasion. This particular composition intrigues me because I like when luminosity, juiciness and energy conveyed by this fragrance reinterpret happiness and I can’t wait to test it.

Perfumer Antoine Lie worked on the formula of White for a year, using high quality and most precious ingredients in the world. According to Puredistance: "When people first tested the fragrance White, it made them smile immediately, and then they tested it over and over again by saying that White is full of happiness. Just as we hoped! In the era of global negativity the goal was to provide our clients with positive spirit by transforming the perfume."

Notes of the composition have finally been announced: White contains May rose from France, tonka absolute from Venezuela, orris root absolute from Italy, Mysore sandalwood, Italian bergamot, musk, Haiti vetiver and Indonesian patchouli. The fragrance arrives as perfume extract, in concentration 38% perfume oil, and one or two sprays will suffice for a long-lasting and intense effect. PUREDISTANCE WHITEarrives as 17,5ml, 60ml and 100ml Perfume Extrait.

Suggested prices in Europe: 165 eur for 17,5ml; 275 eur for 60ml and 490 eur for 100ml.
