 The diptyque story began in Paris at 34 boulevard Saint-Germain with, at its heart, three friends driven by the same creative passion. Christiane Gautrot was an interior designer, Desmond Knox-Leet, a painter, and Yves Coueslant, a theater director and set designer. The first two collaborated designing fabrics and wallpaper for Liberty and Sanderson. They were joined by the third in 1961 and opened a shop to display their designs. Yves became the administrator and consultant; Desmond and Christiane were the artistic soul. Bit by bit, with finely honed taste, the trio transformed the site into a one-of-a-kind setting, a kind of stylish bazaar where one found surprising articles unmatched in Paris, mined and conveyed home by the trio over the course of their travels.

 Fashion designer Christian Dior was born in France and rose to prominence in the fashion world with the creation of the "New Look"—voluminous dresses that emphasized a woman's curvy feminine shape.
Dior's fashion background included working for or alongside other well-known fashion (and perfume) legends of the mid-twentieth century. He entered the fashion business working for Robert Piguet, and later worked at Lucien Lelong with another up-and-coming designer, Pierre Balmain. Dior introduced the "New Look" in 1947. It represented a radical departure from the simple, fabric-conserving styles of World War II and was hugely influential in women's fashion, as well as helping to re-establish Paris as a fashion capital of the world.
The house of Dior issued perfumes to match its new fashions, launching company Parfums Dior and its first fragrance in 1947: Miss Dior, named for the designer's sister Catherine.
Christian Dior passed away in 1957, but the fashion and perfume houses that bear his name live on. The Dior brand name is known worldwide for its haute couture collections, luxurious ready-to-wear fashions, cosmetics and fragrances. Today, Christian Dior is also the main holding company of multi-national luxury goods conglomerate LVMH.
Designer Christian Dior has 172 perfumes in our fragrance base. Christian Dior is an old perfume house. The earliest edition was created in 1947 and the newest is from 2015. FRAGRÂNCIA HALL DA FAMA
J'adore ganhou um premio de propaganda em 2007 e só, a fragrância, queridinha das mulheres, não convence muito o jure da IFF e por isso esta sempre nas listas. Eau Parfumee au The Vert de Bvlgari é um ícone da perfumaria mundial, apesar de não ser muito apreciado pelos brasileiros é um campeão de vendas da marca com todo o estilo de Jean-Claude Ellena. Cashmere Mist de Donna Karan  esta precisando de um prêmio. A fragrância, que desde 1994 tem clientela cativa faz um estilo chic emergente. Apesar disso geralmente é substituída por uma fragrância da moda. Romance de Ralph Lauren é a nossa escolha pois, entre os concorrentes, é o melhor, tem estilo, requinte , público e o nome de Harry Fremont, que ganhou com Modern Muse no ano passado. Fremont é responsável por uma das melhores fragrâncias de 2014, Grey Vetiver Eau de Toilette de Tom Ford.

A IFF é a favorita pelo nome, porém não trouxe nada de extraordinário em 2014. A Robertet fez uma parceria com a Firmenich e veio com Peony Blossom de La Perla. Mesmo assim a Robertet anda fornecendo as melhores matérias primas para perfume e fazendo a diferença no mercado. O ano da Dior Parfums teve um ano maravilhoso e só não ganha se a tradição da maravilhosa diptyque, nossa preferência absoluta. A diptyque vem se tornando uma unanimidade no mercado de luxo e faz com que o mercado internacional receba o que há de melhor. A Symrise é um exemplo da melhor tecnologia em matéria prima para perfumes. A empresa é uma unanimidade entre os perfumistas que querem o melhor das matérias primas.

Nature Experts

IFF's in-house naturals facility, Laboratoire Monique Rémy (LMR), is based in Grasse in the south of France. LMR is the industry standard for quality natural materials offering decades of experience understanding natural products and perfecting the process of transforming naturals, such as narcissus, jasmine, and blackcurrant bud, into pure absolutes that retain the unique fragrance of their origin. LMR has total control of the process from field to extraction to distillation, ensuring incomparable purity and quality.
