UNRELEASED Fragrance Notes, Perfumer Descriptions and Videos

1. AROMA M: VOLUPTUOUS NOSTALGIA

Notes: amber, tonka bean, gardenia, muguet and violet.

“Voluptuous Nostalgia perfume is inspired by the love of a father and daughter, the brilliant nostalgia that Rome evokes, the voluptuous of life and flowers, and the essence of otherworldly butterflies. Voluptuous Nostalgia will be part of an art installation that will be traveling from Rome to Naples and Berlin. The installation is a room filled with butterflies, all hand cut, floating and spiraling throughout the room. It is a joint exhibition of collage artist India Edward's work and her father’s, John Evans -  who was also a collage artist and has recently passed away. The fragrance I created is an ambient scent to be diffused in the gallery, but I also created it to be worn as a personal fragrance.”

2. BRUNO FAZZOLARI: SEYRIG

Notes: Aldehydes, Red Mandarin, Rose de Mai Absolute, Ylang Ylang Absolute, Syringa Accord, Muguet Accord, Oakmoss, Musks, Radical Chic.

“Citing the aldehydic motifs of late sixties and early seventies perfume, Seyrig centers on an artistic interpretation of the syringa flower — a relative of lilac that resists olfactory extraction. Crisp aldehydes are draped over rich rose de mai and ylang ylang absolutes with a foundation of oakmoss, resins, and musks for a spicy finish. This is a bold, statement scent that bridges perfume’s past with the present.”

3. DAME PERFUMERY: SOLIFLORE GARDENIA

A soliflore gardenia fragrance oil for women and men, which will be released on October 1st, 2015.

4. EN VOYAGE: THE 7% SOLUTION

Top Notes: Wild Oranges, Mandarin, Green Citron, Osmanthus, Curacao
Heart Notes: Tiare, Frangipani, Narcissus, Summer Blooming Flowers
Base Notes: Sandalwood, Vanilla, Amber, Oak, White Woods and Musks
Mood: Happy, Relaxing, Stimulating, Clarifying, Mood Altering

“Legal at the time, heroin and cocaine allowed Holmes to relax and refuel. Sherlock alternated between morphine and cocaine, which he always took in a 7% solution. Transcendentally stimulating and clarifying to the mind, such drugs were regularly taken by aesthetes of the day, including the poet Coleridge and even Queen Victoria herself.”

5. IMAGINARY AUTHORS: AN AIR OF DESPAIR

Notes: Cedar, Saffron, Musk, and Sadness

7. I PROFUMI DI FIRENZE: FIOR DI LOTO

“This soon to be released fragrance evokes fragrant royal gardens, the spring and summertime playgrounds of Medici afternoon delights. This richly romantic perfume opens with ambrosial notes of peach, apple, orange blossom and hint of anise layered throughout a floral bouquet of lotus flower, wild orchid, lilac, hyacinth and jasmine. Heliotrope and sweets woods add a sensual base grounding the headiness of it all.”

8. PAPILLON PERFUMERY: BOHEMIAN VANILLA

Notes: Orange blossom, Jasmine, Frangipani, Vanilla, Patchouli, Tobacco, Labdanum.

“This woodsy scent is a collaboration with indie filmmaker, Marco Castro, and will launch in promotion of his upcoming film, Animal. Imagine the fleeting glimpse of a wild animal in a dark forest.”
