A simplicidade dessa fragrância é encantadora: A saída  vem heliotrópio (o cheiro é doce e agradável, como o de baunilha) e muita violeta (Floral verde, adocicado e atalcado). A evolução Combina totalmente com a Mimosa (Floral verde,atalcado e adocicado) e com o almíscar pungente. É um floral intenso, atalcado, adocicado e almiscarado. 

Cool Water Night Dive Woman de Davidoff por Veronique Nyberg

Do original Cool Water só sobrou o frasco. A  saída fresca tem  jasmim e tangerina.Segue com bastante lentisco (um intenso cheiro a resina) e  pistache (bem no estilo de amêndoas). É feminino e sensual e tem um fundo amadeirado pouco comum aos perfumes femininos pois, apesar de adocicado, é um pouco amargo. É uma viajem olfativa que segue bem o estilo oriental. 

Untold Absolu de Elizabeth Arden por Clement Gavarry

Untold é um dos perfumes mais femininos que chegaram ao mercado brasileiro em 2014. Várias resenhas foram feitas sobre como ele era feminino e elegante mas tinha pouca fixação e projeção. Untold Absolu vem com uma nova proposta, um pouco melhor na projeção e bem melhor na fixação ele também vem mais simples e Floral. A entrada frutada é dividida com um bouquet de flores intenso que se desenvolve por toda a composição. O papel do âmbar é bem delimitado, ele deixa a fragrância mais doce e envolvente. Mas apesar da melhor fixação continua sendo um perfume leve, feminino e encantador. Para mulheres que gostam de ser discretas e envolventes.

United Dreams Live Free de Benetton por Sonia Constant

Uma colonia bem fresca e leve, a predominância na entrada são das frutas cítricas, o aroma discreto continua com o cardamomo 
(lembrando gengibre) e a flor de laranjeira. Ele adocica e ambara um pouco no coração com um aroma de maça e yuzu  bem gostosos. Tem um fundo amadeirado,fresco e almiscarado. Para quem gosta de fragrâncias suaves ou até mesmo para o verão.

Sui Dreams in Pink de Anna Sui (2014) por Claudette Belnavis

A perfumista é famosa por Live Luxe de J.Lo. Nesse caso ela repetiu a formula para criar uma fragrância com o mesmo impacto. A saída é predominantemente frutada, aroma forte de frutas vermelhas com uma cereja quase sintética. É levemente atalcado e Magnólia e romã deixam azedinho quase exótico. fica mais fresco com o tempo e as notas de vitória régia e a suavidade da frésia dominam. O mais interessante acontece nas notas de fundo, um  odor esfumaçado, pungente, semelhante ao pinho, com um toque apimentado se junta a notas fortes de hibisco e ele fica amadeirado almiscarado, parece que a fragrância ganha outros ares ou mesmo que é uma outra fragrância. Aprovado com louvor!

DKNY My NY de Donna Karan (2014)

My NY tem uma saída frutada doce e fresca com predomínio de frésia e gálbano. No coração sente-se bem o lírio (aroma lembra o da violeta, atalcado, herbáceo e amadeirado) e almíscar. O âmbar gris (aroma persistente, adocicado, atraente) se junta a baunilha e faz um fundo bem adocicado e com um leve toque amadeirado. É um adocicado sem ser muito doce, floral levemente atalcado e abaunilhado. Uma fragrância ótima em um frasco lindo.

Joyful Escada Feminino (2014)

Escada Joyful não peca por ser simples. É frutado com predomínio de notas de melão porém o cassis é evidente. Tem mel na medida certa e o predomínio da magnólia que o deixa bem elegante (O aroma da magnólia é doce, profundo, um odor floral exótico). Um fundo doce e levemente amadeirado garante uma fragrância leve, gostosa e usual.

DaliA de Salvador Dali (2014) por Fabrice Pellegrin

Uma fragrância com um nuance feminino partindo de um floral intenso que abre frutado cítrico com o aroma de fortunella (O aroma é idêntico ao da laranja ), flor de laranjeira,peônia (doce e cítrico)  e chá. Evolui para uma mistura de gálbano ( aroma almiscarado, amargo e peculiar), lilás (feminino e romântico),framboesa e almíscar. Nesse ponto ele se torna muito floral e bem almiscarado, com um leve amargo. As notas de fundo são amadeiradas com leve toque de lavanda (pau-rosa) e toque de cânfora com um fundo balsâmico, amadeirado (cedro). É um fragrância refinada e rica que necessita de um tempo para acostumar-se.

The Awkward Marine Beauty of Sogno Reale

Nowadays, very few perfumes can make me say “I have never smelled anything like this before.” Well, Sogno Reale sure can take home the prize of “Unusual Perfume of the Year.” The new edition from Italian house Mendittorosa was created by the hip and cool, talented and proficuous Amelie Bourgeois and Anne-Sophie Behaghel from the Parisian atelier Flair. The "Flair Girls” are the new stars who seem to be the artists everyone wants to work with. And there's a reason for this. They always create very honest fragrances that manage to be original but not too strange and still wearable. This is a hard balance and the best two examples of this were seen (or rather smelled) at Esxence, in Milan: Room 1015 Atramental and this gem, Sogno Reale for Mendittorosa.

The concept of Sogno Reale was based on a dream Stefania Squeglia had, as she told Fragrantica in the interview she gave me. Her dream was about a king of the ocean, a sea urchin. But it also has the smells of citruses and leather in it. So she called the Flair Girls, who always make the perfumes for her in a special spiritual connection. Stefania asked Amélie and Anne-Sophie to translate her dream into a perfume. And never in my dreams I have encountered such a strange and compelling smell.

Sogno Reale is undoubtedly a polarizing fragrance. It's tart/sweet/salty/animalic vibe is not related to any perfume that I know of. And the first thing I can associate it is fresh seafood with a big dash of lemon and caramel. I come from a country where there are beaches everywhere and seafood is not a rare thing to eat. But somehow, aquatic scents are not my thing. This is an aquatic/marine that was thrown into an oriental ambery heart and was given a considerable dose of animal smells. Over all this mix there's a huge glass of fresh squeezed citrus juice. When you first apply it, there's a strangeness, a seafood-y smell. It sounds so very awkward, but I was immediately hooked on the opening.

Lemon tartness, salty oceanic breeze, sweet notes of amber... it all seems so wrong but it's oh so right on. I have to tell you that this is useless on paper, you have to try it on your skin, for it works with it. More than that, it melts like butter. And yes there's a certain greasiness about it. When you wear it and you start to think that this could be overwhelming, it immediately fuses with your body in a very strange way. Well, almost all of the scents created by the Flair Girls have a specific airy quality (not Frapin's Nevermore, though). And even when they make this awkward smell of sea and animals, they can infuse it with space for breathing. It's a breeze, an animal dream breeze that comes from my skin. And sometimes I even wish it was stronger, for I became addicted.

This is a shy scent. It stays close to the skin, although it has a pretty decent longevity. But I tend to forget I am wearing it, apart from the occasional whiff, when I have something like a small olfactive orgasm. I started to carry this dreamy heavy bottle with me and for a whole week I was reapplying it every two hours, just to get that rush of strangeness. It seems that the people around me could smell it better than I could. Another thing: I normally cannot wear the same fragrance two days in a row. However, during the first days, when I wore something else I found myself craving Sogno. It is addictive, intimate and carnal. It started to be MY scent and when a friend sprayed it on herself I felt angry. That's how “mine” I felt it to be.

I eventually got over this initial obsession and now I can wear other perfumes, butSogno Reale has the ability to detach itself from everything else in my collection. It is one of my favourite perfumes in a way that I can't seem to explain. Well, I guess sometimes you can't explain your dreams; you just dream them.

Lanvin Eclat d’Arpege Eyes On You

Lanvin presents a new limited edition of the Eclat d'Arpegefragrance for 2015 named Eclat d'Arpege Eyes On You. The new edition comes out in late July 2015. The cute little face illustration on the bottle is signed by Alber Elbaz.

This fresh, floral-fruity composition starts with Sicilian lemon and lilac. The heart includes green tea leaves and peach blossom, laid on the base of Lebanese cedar and white musk.

After the first fragrant pair introduced in 2014 (Count and Countess) the perfume niche house from France, LUI NICHE, just as we announced, launches a new fragrant duo Baron and Baroness arriving in silver and golden flacons.

Fragrance for men Baron opens with a sparkling and luminous blend of notes of grapefruit and bergamot while intense petitgrain contributes to the masculine note. The heart incorporates saffron, cypress and geranium, leading to a base created of earthy-woody chords. Warmth and depth in the base are provided by patchouli, myrrh, vetiver and olibanum.

Scented Snippets New Fragrance Collection: DSH Giverny in Bloom — Impressionism Illuminated

Dawn Spencer Hurwitz, the Painterly Perfumer [as we might well now call her] has just refined her eighth collaborative multi-sensorial event with the Denver Art Museum. It will open on July 19th, entitled In Bloom: Painting Flowers in the Age of Impressionism.

This time, Dawn has provided the scentscape en plein air which accompanies this panoramic vision of Monet's beloved gardens in Giverny through painting and perfume: the damp, soil-infused verdancy of the garden [Le Jardin Vert]; the blue-violet beds of iris, lilac, violets [La Danse des Bleus et des Violettes];  the peonies, old roses and scented carnations [l'Opera des Rouges et des Roses]; and Giverny in Bloom—a symphonic culmination of the mad, riotous profusion of blossoms actually painted by Monet from his original gardens.

One will wander joyfully through the groupings of his paintings while being able to immerse themselves in their lovingly imagined aromas.

I was sent earlier scent sketches, then the refined, fully-fleshed ones.

You don't have to sing opera to be smitten by this particular perfume; you merely need to love life on a Grand Scale.

Everything red- or pink-hued is depicted with an adoring sense of drama. L'Opera is the Grande Dame of the collection: spicy, blowsy with glorious roses and scented carnations. I am a confessed admirer of the carnation, and an avowed rose lover; I couldn't be happier.

Dawn includes the slightly medicinal, camphorous whisper, too, for that element of uncertainty.

This perfumed lady suffuses her scent wherever she billows, resplendent in her primary-colored finery.

A paltry brush of her crinolines is enough to bring you to your knees.

Hers is the passion to inflame the senses mercilessly.

So be it; her will is my will. <3

In the Garden, 1895

GIVERNY IN BLOOM

Millefiori and soil; sun, water and sky.

This is what plenitude smells like when Nature bestows her cornucopia of gifts.
All our elements are present and we can smell them for ourselves.

Earthiness weds the ethereal. Soil and sun, narcissus and daffodil, hyacinth surely are evoked as I inhale this heady fragrance. It lingers despite apparent transparency.

The florals feel moist, your nose would know when you reached down to experience them, tempted to pluck. But you musn't be greedy: Giverny belongs to all, and we have no business filching the flowers. Dawn has given them to us in this perfume, generously enough. We want for nothing.

And we are grateful for all of it, in good measure.

I won't be able to fly to Denver, sadly.

I doubt that many of us could.

But through her delicious collection of Impressionist-inspired perfumes, we can share in the experience with delight.

Outro feminino que promete agradar até as mais exigentes criaturas é Rêve da Van Cleef.  É um Floral frutal com saídas de Pera e Lírio. Apesar de ser frutal não é extremamente doce  ao contrario, é discreto e elegante, um delicioso aroma de damasco surge devido ao Osmanthus.Quem dá o toque final é a Peonia e o Sândalo. É excelente em fixação e projeção e esta entre os melhores femininos do mercado. Os fãs de Dior Addict, Baiser Vole de Cartiere e Honey da Marc Jacobs vão amar.

Uma das surpresas nas fragrâncias que recebemos foi , sem dúvida, F by ferragamo Feminino. Incrivelmente chique , a fragrância é do tipo que agrada a gregos e troianos. Notas delicadas de Flor de laranjeira, se misturam com um aroma delicioso e inebriante de rosas. Para completar, a deliciosa força do jasmim. A fragrância é feminina e viciante e para quem diz que não gosta de floral, pode ficar tranquilo que esse floral é especial. Indicado para quem gosta de Alien de Thierry Mugler, Hypnotic de Poison da Dior e Insolence de Guerlain. Fixação e projeção perfeita com preço convidativo de 190,00 reais o frasco de 50 ml.

Animale intense feminino (2014)

Esse lançamento vai conquistar o público feminino. Doce e delicado na medida certa, Um floral frutal almiscarado com notas predominantes de groselha negra, flor de laranjeira e hibisco. Rosa e peonia deixam o perfume mais elegante e almíscar e benjoím completam o bouquet. A fixação é muito boa e sua projeção é ótima. Os Adeptos de Versace Woman de Versace e  Make B. Eau de Parfum de O Boticario, vão amar.

O vencedor absoluto do FiFi Awards 2013 é, sem sombra de dúvida, um espetáculo. A saída é frutal e o perfume é bem mais doce que a maioria dos perfumes masculinos. Existe um delicioso aroma de âmbar que deixa o perfume sensual e o açafrão da um toque quase cremoso a fragrância. Pode-se sentir um delicioso toque de café após algum tempo de fixação, e o fundo amadeirado deixa claro que o perfume é masculino.
Quanto a fixação, como é um perfume mais adocicado a fixação é mediana, entre 5 e 6 horas. A projeção é muito boa e ninguém passa despercebido com ele. O preço não é muito convidativo, em média R$ 280,00 por 75 ml. É um perfume Amadeirado Especiado Masculino e indico para quem gostou do Versace Eros e do C.H men da Carolina Herrera.
